She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition (with a minor in Food Science), a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, and a second Master's degree in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University - School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston.
Michelle has been published in several esteemed medical journals, such as the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, as well as the USDA publication, Nutrition in Clinical Care. |

Michelle has nutritionally counseled individuals of all types for over 9 years to help them reach their nutrition goals, whether that was losing weight, dealing with allergies or an illness, gaining muscle mass, or just eating more holistically.
In addition to counseling, Michelle has experience in helping companies communicate nutrition information. From 2004 to 2007, Michelle was the Nutrition Communication Specialist for Nestle. From 2002 to 2004, she held this same title at Gerber. |
