Raising Your Athletic Bar
Due to the capability of the human body we should all be considered athletes. Therefore, like all great atheletes we should monitor all aspects of ourselves for true success. Consider these apsects of your life: Nutrition, Stress, Sleep/Wake Cycles, Exercise. Now Prioritize one and explore it in more detail. Example, Nutrition. Find something you know isn't ideal. Example regularly skipping breakfast. Now raise your standard. Objective. to consume something at breakfast 80% of the time e.g. water and a small piece of fruit.
