1. Q: Do I get refund on products/services I purchased?

A: Yes but only to products and services and are significantly flawed and different from what is being described. No refund will be given for One on One Live sessions. For email answers, only empty mails or replies that are significantly irrelevant to the consultation topic will be granted a partial refund to a maximum of 85% of the gross transaction amount, where the other 15% is taken for covering the investigation and administrative cost by Qualifo.

Please Email to cs@qualifo.com with the title “Refund request”, state the transaction date, time, service/ materials type, Expert’s name and reason you would like to file a complaint. Please allow two weeks for a profound and thorough investigation to be completed.

Please be noticed that there will be no refund for answers solely because you think the Expert has not completely solve your problem or has not provided a thorough solution to your question, or answers are too simple and not up to standard.

2. Q: Can I still consult an expert without a webcam/ Microphone/ both?

A: Yes, but then you might only be able to communicate with the expert through instant messaging and shared Power Points/ images.

3. Q: Deposit method

A: Go to My Qualifo > Money, and press Add fund. We support Visa, Master, Amex and Discover, all provided by Paypal.

A: Checks or Paypal.


5. Q: How long should I expect to receive my withdrawals?

A: We will send out checks and Paypal payments on every 1st day (or first working day) of each calendar month to members who submit a withdrawal request (unused deposit amount) in the previous month.

Please be noted: Unused deposit amount is eligible for withdrawal, but then we will take 5% of the total amount for covering our handling costs and transaction charges demanded by our payment solution provider.

For Expert’s withdrawal details of earned income, please refer to Question 11.

6. Q: How can I withdraw my earnings?

A: Experts who want to withdraw their earnings from their Qualifo account can go to My Qualifo > Money and press Withdraw Fund.

7. Q: How much commission does Qualifo take from experts?

A: There is no joining fee, subscription fee or other hidden fees by joining as a Qualifo Client or Expert.

Qualifo takes 25% of whatever Expert earns from sales of materials or providing advice through Email consultation or one on one Live video conferencing. For one on one Live sessions, commission is taken after first deducting the connection fee of $0.05/ minute. Commission is rounded off to the nearest $0.01.

8. Q: I can’t find materials I am selling from the main search, why?

A: It takes around 20 minutes for our system to update the list of newly published materials for sale into the search engine.

After publishing your E-learning Materials, it will be immediately available for sale. But it takes around 20 minutes in order to be shown to clients in search results.

9. Q: How come I can’t see my Client and the chat window after receiving calls from my client?

A: A chat window for video conference will pop up automatically in a new tab in the default internet browser of your computer. If you haven’t opened any browser then a new window will pop up. Otherwise please check for new tabs on your opened browser windows.

10. Q: How can I receive calls from clients?

A: You need to download our Toolbar in order to show your online status and receive calls from clients. Go to My Qualifo > left column, Download Expert’s Toolbar, and log on using your Qualifo Email address and password.

11. Q: How long will it take to receive my earnings?

A: All income generated from provision of services or materials will be first stored into the Pending Income segment of the Expert’s account. After a one week period where no complaints or refund request is submitted for that particular transaction, we will start processing the respective transaction and in two weeks time the respective amount will be in the Balance segment of the Expert’s account, where fund will be able for withdrawal or spent inside Qualifo.

The minimum of withdrawal amount is US$50.00. All withdrawal request submitted before the 1st of each calendar month (or the first working day) will be processed on the 1st of each month, where Qualifo will start sending out checks or Paypal as requested. Please allow at least an additional week before you actually receive your pay-check or Paypal payment.

For Experts whose balance is less than US$ 50.00, amount will be carried forward to the next consecutive period until the total exceeds $50 in order to be eligible for withdrawal.

E.g. Assuming that in February, all transactions you (as the Expert) provided are complaint free, and you would like to withdraw as much as possible. Then you will be able to withdraw whatever amount you earned, which must be equal to or more than US$50, on or before the 14th, in order for such amount to be processed on the 1st of March. For withdrawal request submitted on or after the 15th of Feb, you will need to wait for the next clearing period which will be the 1st of April.

12. Q: How to become our Featured Expert?

A: Currently Featured Experts are hand-picked by our verification team based on Expert’s background, qualification, experience and business performances. As our database grows we will notify Experts for any new systems implemented for nominating featured Experts.

13. Q: What is the Verification system about?

A: The aim of our verification system is to distinguish quality, professionally qualified, certified and experienced field leaders from other ordinary signed-up Experts.

Our verification system is qualitative and fact-based, and we ONLY verify Experts that have distinctive performance and experience in the relative field PLUS proof of vastly accepted qualifications, certifications or special awards received from a reputable organization compared with top-tier portion of the relative industrial standard.

Once being accepted, your verified information and your real name will be displayed at a specially highlighted section inside your profile, and will not be allowed to amend, unless further request of a re-verification is submitted.

Experts failed to be verified are allowed to resubmit their verification at least ONE month later, provided that their profile is significantly and competitively improved.

Q: 14. How come I cannot see myself in the chat box?

15. How come I cannot use my connected microphone?

A: Please make sure your microphone and web-cam are properly connected and drivers of both are properly installed.

If you are sure that both devices are working properly elsewhere, please make sure that you are not in a video conference chat or using other software that occupies the functionalities of your web-cam and microphone e.g. Skype, MSN messenger, voice/ video recording program, etc. Make sure you have closed these applications before calling an expert, or receive calls from clients.

In other cases, your computer might have falsely identified other hardware as your web-cam / microphone. Press the Microphone/ Web cam icon below your video box in your one on one chat window, and choose the appropriate microphone/ Web cam that you have previously installed in your computer at the pull down menu.
